Small-time landlord in Lynbrook area, mostly-retired builder used to doing own maintenance on properties, is getting older and now can use someone who can offload some of the work.
A tenant moved out, and an apartment needs clean-up, possible small inside painting, and possible small electrical or plumbing improvements.
Can you look at an apartment, and tell what needs to be done, make a list with cost estimates, as well as be able to do it?
Please note your particular handyman skills such as plumbing or carpentry, experience level, and if you have your own tools. Can you change interior or exterior doors for instance? Can you change faucets?
Are you available at most anytime, or only on weekends as you have a regular job?
Please give some idea of what you would like to be paid. On a per-hour basis, or look at a job and agree to a fixed amount? If per-hour, what do you expect?
