WANTED: Old-School Mercury/Ford Mechanic

I'm looking for a mechanic/hobbyist that enjoys working on old Mercury/Fords to help me with 2 projects I have going on. I'm not a mechanic and I need someone with that know how/interest to help me finish my projects. One car is located in Springfield VA and the other is in Annandale VA (5 miles apart). Each car has it's own issues, I'll try to outline them the best I can but I imagine you'll know a lot more once you come check it out. I can have both cars shipped to you or you can come work on them in my driveway. Doesn't matter to me, as long as the work is getting done and the cars can stay out of the rain. (They have been sanded down to be repainted) Both cars were being worked on at someone's private garage before the relationship turned sower when the request for more money kept coming but work wasn't getting done so I had the cars towed back to me. The previous mechanic wasn't giving us straight answers about whether things were done or not, so I'm not exactly sure where certain parts of the project are. Below are the aspects of each job with the percent done to the best of my ability.) Both cars are currently not in running condition but were running before the projects started. Happy to give all the details I can over the phone as well. My two cars are: 1970 Mercury Marquise convertible - Drum to disk brake conversion (80% done), master cylinder install/bleed breaks (0% done), new front end steering components (100% done), original points to electronic points conversion (80% done), New gas tank/gas line install (80% done), Remove old ruined top and install new top (0% done), Exhaust in bad shape (Have not started at all) 1969 Mercury Cougar XR7 - Drum to disk brake conversion (80% done), master cylinder install/bleed breaks (0% done), new front end steering components (100% done), original points to electronic points conversion (50% done), New gas tank/gas line install (80% done), Re-Installing brackets/fan etc (20% done, hooking up new stock AC system (20% done), Automatic to Manual Transmission Swap (10% done, T5 bolted onto car/bell housing, would like hydraulic clutch installed, need to shorten driveshaft and have installed to transmission.
