Elite Assemblers is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to service our customer stores in Tulare, Visalia, Dinuba, Selma, Porterville, Hanford, etc. We provide assembly service to Wal-Mart stores. Seeking full time employees with the ability to work day time hours (7am- 6pm range) both weekdays and weekends. Some night shifts may be available. Seeking Candidates who: -Have previous bicycle assembly experience (required in order to be considered). -Are mechanically inclined and enjoy working with their hands. -This is a highly autonomous role. Seeking candidates who are self-motivated, self-starters, have HIGH WORK STANDARDS and good communication skills. YOU will be the face of our organization to our stores. Must be customer service oriented. -Must have reliable transportation to drive to stores within the greater Inland Empire area. Must be willing to service stores in a 40 mile radius. Additional work available for those willing to travel to Bakersfield. -Must have personal basic tools to use for work purposes including but not limited to: impact gun (18 or 20 volts), sockets, wrenches, bicycle stand, and portable air compressor. If you do not have these items, you must be willing to get them immediately if hired. -Must be able to perform lifting- weight varies by product but could be upwards of 50-75lbs. -Must be able to stand for long durations and perform manual functions of assembly work. -Must be willing and capable of working in inclement weather (much of our work is done outside). -Must have right to work and submit to a basic background check. -Must have a valid driver license. We offer: -Competitive pay! This is highly dependent upon quality of assembly work and volume of production. Average hourly rates based on volume and time range equate to between $17- $25+/ hr. However we pay commission (per piece built) based on volume and quality of work. -You are a W2 employee. -On the job paid training. -Mileage reimbursement after 50 miles driven in each direction. -Cell Phone stipend. -Benefits (medical, dental & vision insurance) available to full time employees after 3 months of employment.
