The crawfish cookoff is a team competition event highlighting the culinary expertise within our community.
Teams are judged on crawfish flavor (1st, 2nd, 3rd place), best lagniappe and best decorated. The peoples choice award is given to the team with the most votes.
Teams consist of 4 competitors for $200 entry fee. Additional team members can be added for $50 each but no more than 6 per team are allowed. Teams should come prepared to boil (5) or more sacks of crawfish. All team members must be at least 18 years old to participate.
