Description
We are looking for someone to post "bandit" signs in the Albany area. Bandit signs are plastic signs you see in the ground and on poles (Cash for Houses, Credit Repair, Need a Dumpster.) The right candidate has their own transportation and is dependable.
We provide the signs and the posting equipment (H stakes for ground signs, sign stapler, and zip ties for poles.)
When posting them we require pictures of each posted sign (an app will be used to verify placement).
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver License
- Valid Car Insurance
- iOS or Android phone
Here are the responsibilities:
- You’ll place either the 12×18 or 18×24” Coroplast real estate type “bandit” signs using a map we’ll provide and upload a street scene of each sign into SimpleCrew. The average sign placer can put out 25-30+ signs per hour because the locations each have multiple exits and they’re densely clumped together. (example: exits and drive-thru at McDonald's, Wendy’s, Burger King, Walmart, Golden Corral, and Pharmacies, etc.)
-You'll also place door hangers on the doors of apartment complexes and senior apartment or senior living facilities. Everything will need to be uploaded into SimpleCrew for verification placement.
-Flyers will also be available for placement. (examples of placement: bus stops, laundromats, community stores, homeless shelters, senior apartments, etc.)
- How much do I get paid? ~ Sign placement is paid at $1/sign placed and the average sign placer can place 25-30 signs per hour because the locations are so condensed together and each location has multiple sign placements. Door Hangers at $0.25/ door hanger. Then, $.75 per Lg. flyer placed. Plus a $20 payment for gas reimbursement per gig performed.
- When and how often do I get paid? ~ That’s probably the best part. You’re not an employee so we don’t have any need to adhere to defined paydays. You do the work and you get paid.
