Job Title: Farm Assistant Reports to: Farm Manager Location: Benton City JOB PURPOSE. Responsible for caring for plants through all stages of their lives in a outdoor environment. Must be punctual, self-motivated, and work well on a team. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. General Tasks Care for plants in all stages, from cloning to harvest Spray plants with variety of 502 approved nutrients and pesticides Perform general plant care and watering Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the grounds and all other job duties as assigned Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to improve and promote quality, as well as traceability Assist in preparing plants from harvest to packaging stage Ability to work well with other team members, and display a positive and can-do attitude Flexibility and openness to other tasks as assigned. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Need to be able to lift 60 pounds repeatedly, with the ability to lift up to 120 pounds shoulder height Ability to complete a variety of tasks while kneeling or stooping Ability to work on feet 8+ hours per day Must be 21+ to apply.
