All Star Labor & Staffing has been hired to fill a Set-Up Technician position for a company that offers more than 50 years of custom polyurethane manufacturing excellence and an industry-wide reputation for knowledge, skills, expertise and competitive pricing. Purpose of the Set-Up Technician Position: To prepare materials, metals, and tooling for production. Key Responsibilities of the Set-Up Technician: • Pressure wash and degrease metals • Sandblast metals • Apply bond to inserts • Assemble and dissemble molds Education/Skills/Experience for the Set-Up Technician: • Forklift license preferred, training available if needed • Able to lift heavy objects • Able to wear a respirator • Team player Compensation for the Set-Up Technician: $16-$18 per hour based on experience.
