If you would like to become an exceptionally competent field technician leading to a construction leadership position, you owe it to yourself to check us out. We offer: * Learning from someone with over 50 years of hands-on experience. * We have taught many construction people who now hold high responsibility positions, including being self-employed contractors. * We work full time year-round and are called in to handle projects both locally and on occasion, significant distances from home base. * We do all types of residential and commercial projects. Our own staff works with wood, steel, concrete and many other types of materials from the very newly developed to those used over 100 years ago. We are a small group and interact with our clientele on a very personal basis. You must have a good driving record, a clean cut professional appearance, and a good solid high school (or equivalent) education. This is a training position. Here you will learn the how and why of construction. We have a co-ed field staff, encouraging both men and women to join us. We supply transportation from our shop to the jobsite and return, and we also supply the needed major power equipment. We start with testing you to see if you have the basic skills and education to learn our level of required construction knowledge. Our knowledge and attributes will give you a career that will allow you to work virtually anywhere and build a very good retirement fund.
