I have a few rental units on Roger near Oracle. I have been taking care of them myself and they are in pretty good shape, but I have been tied down on other projects recently and need someone to do a few hours a week with basic tasks. There is a lot of variety in the work and many different things to do.
I am looking for someone who is willing to take the time to make sure things are done right. I believe it is better to keep up on the maintenance and fix things before there is an emergency and hope to find someone who will understand this way of thinking and agree with it. I want someone who can look at a problem, plan everything out in advance, get all of the parts lined up to do the job properly, work through until the job is done, and end up with a clean work area with everything put away.
You must live close to Oracle and Roger for this job. There will be some small problems once in a while and I don't want you to have to drive across town to flip a breaker.
The starting pay is $22.50 per hour. There will be an evaluation every six months with a raise if justified.
You must be drug free and presentable. You will deal with tenants so you must know how to deal with customers. I will trust you with keys and need to know you are honest and trustworthy.
