Rehoming Blue Tongue Skink

I have had this Blue tongue skink for about a year after buying it from a local pet store. It is not aggressive but also just rather be alone. I think someone with more time that can really work with them would be more beneficial. I am rehoming it for $200 but also $300 if you would like the set up. It's a 40g breeder tank with everything in it. The mesh is missing on the opening flap but it can't climb so that's never been an issue.
