Needed: Full time experienced maintenance technician for the South Corpus Christi area This is a great opportunity to join a strong, wonderful team! Our ideal candidate must be a team player, dependable for large apartment community & able to provide preventive maintenance. Applicant must have knowledge in all aspects of maintenance including: PLUMBING, ELECTICAL, LOCK REPLACMENT, APPLIANCE REPAIR, LEAK REPAIR, FURNANCE, AIR CONDITIONING REPAIR.REPLACEMENT, WATER HEATER REPAIR & POOL SERVICING. * Prioritize work orders & handle each in the most efficient manner *Perform "make ready" projects for the preparation of vacant units. *Repair/replace appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers & disposals. *Repair leaks & removing clogs in sinks & toilets. *Diagnose problems with furnaces & air conditioning units. Determine the method to repair & replace all or part of the unit 410A & R22. *Lock replacements & repairs **HVAC IS required *Must have a vehicle & valid driver's license *Able to pass drug screening procedures. *Must have a vehicle & valid driver’s license *Able to pass drug screening procedures *Must be flexible & available for weekends, overtimes if needed and on call emergencies *Free rent if lives in site Please fax your resume to (361)853-5535 or call (361)853-2941
