Flecks Systems, Inc., manufactures, distributes, and installs thermoplastic rubber surfacing systems applied on and around pool decks, walkways, splash pads, zero entry pools, playgrounds, health & athletic clubs, and various other applications. We are looking to add to our installation teams and are looking for individuals who are: • willing to learn and grow with our business. • responsible, hard-working, dependable, honest • have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. We are looking for laborers with experience in the painting industry. No experience is okay, we are willing provide training. We are also looking for skilled trowelers who have experience using a trowel including masons/concrete finishers, or other types of troweling experience. Installations are completed throughout the United States and in some cases in other parts of the world. Travel will be required for installations in various parts of the United States. Travel typically includes anywhere from 2 - 8 days of travel for each project, with some projects taking as long as 7 weeks to complete. Flecks Systems, Inc., will provide Airfare, Lodging, and a predetermined Per Diem for meals while traveling. 90% of work is completed outdoors in warm to hot weather. Work will be Part time, leading into Full time work. Our busy season runs from March through November. Compensation: Laborer: $15.00+ per hour (depends on experience) Trowelers: $20.00+ per hour (depends on experience) Requirements: • Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle • Speak and read English • Be willing to travel • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
