Need help with garden and yard work

I live in downtown Ithaca. I am in need of someone who can help with garden/yard work asap. I am looking for someone who can rid my yard of Bishops Weed and help rejuvenate soil in garden and lawn areas, have some knowledge and experience with perennials, seeding lawns, and landscaping experience (one area of yard has become swampy). I would like you to start asap and will be fairly flexible as to when you work. References would be appreciated.
