I play drums and practice mainly 2-3 nights a week, the other plays sax and plays mainly in the morning. Looking to take on a 3rd to bring down rent cost. We have plenty of room for 1 more person with a reasonable amount of gear. This isn’t a storage space, it’s a practice space. Space is located on SE 6th just off division. We use a google calendar to keep track of everyone’s practice times. Rent would be $110 - non-negotiable Please reach out with any questions.
