Question about an electrical circuit

I'm fairly certain that these are 2 stupid questions and I'm positive that the correct answer to both is probably "If you have to ask then you probably shouldn't be doing what you're doing". But, all things being equal, here goes. I have a 12V DC Circuit. Main power is a 60 amp car battery. The battery is supplying power to a winch, a few lights, and a few wifi video cameras, and an externally powered automatic battery monitoring trickle charger which charges at 1.5A I believe. The winch will draw upwards of 40A when hoisting, the lights and cameras don't draw a full amp combined. The winch is hooked directly to the battery in a series circuit and the lights and cameras are on their own circuit in series-parallel. My 2 questions are this: 1) If the trickle charger kicks on the will it also send that 1.5A charge downstream to the other devices hooked to the battery or vice versa should I try to hoist with the winch and wind up inputting 1.5A into the battery at the same time I start discharging 30+ will that backfeed 30A into the charger? 2. If the trickle charger is not on, but both the lights and camera are and I start to use the winch will the increased amperage pulled by the winch be applied across all circuits hooked to the same battery or will it only be applied to the circuit for the winch? Heres a diagram for a visual. Thanks for any help!
