Duties and Responsibilities Perform field restoration activities including demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, mold cleaning, fire and smoke damage cleaning, Provides after hours emergency support as part of an on-call emergency service once a month Interaction with homeowners, property managers or other individuals while carrying out job responsibilities should be conducted in a courteous and professional manner Taking moisture readings at each monitor, taking and uploading photos and moisture readings Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles Maintain inventory of related supplies Able to work 8 hours a day as needed per job IICRC Certified a Plus but not required Must have valid California driver's license Hourly Rate: $15-$25/hour Holiday Pay + Birthday +Bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
