State licensed cannabis micro-business is hiring for part time and full time positions in our packaging department. The work includes but is not limited to filling and packaging jars of concentrates, weighing and packaging flowers and putting stickers by hand on jars and boxes with efficiency and accuracy. The skill set to do this work includes: good hand - eye coordination and efficiency of movement, accurately using a scale and tools, patiently doing the same action on repeat with a calm and pleasant attitude (repetitive tasks don't bore or annoy you, rather it is zen for you to focus for 7-8 hours), an easy going demeanor that works well in a group and independently. The work is done in a clean room with natural light, stainless steel tables, plenty of space around each person for covid protocol and the group size is limited to 6-8 people (everyone wears a mask while working). We are a respectful group of people with positive work attitudes and value the work in packaging as an integral part of production. We manufacture high quality extracts and are looking for people who have a respect for the work and for themselves.
