Nile monitor

I have a Nile monitor with a custom enclosure. He eats rats beef chicken and fish. He is almost a year old and is not the friendliest but he does let me touch him and clean his enclosure without problems but he hates being picked up unwanted. Asking 150$ fee for him and enclosure and all his things. A few of the lights aren’t being used in there but they do work I just don’t want to overheat it.
