What you’ll be doing: Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.Provide assistance with personal care.Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.Properly manage household needs.Provide companionship and respite services for the family. What we’re looking for: A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.Access to reliable transportation.Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus. Required Credentials: --First Aid Certification --CPR Certification --Negative PPD --Maryland State Driver's License, Vehicle Registration, Proof of Car Insurance. Own Vehicle. Good Driving Record. --Satisfactory compliance with ComForcare bonding criteria. --Pass competency exam. --Proof of Social Security Card. --Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, families, co-workers, supervisors. --Ability to accurately follow and process written and verbal instructions. --Satisfactorily demonstrate and perform competency in clinical skills thru competency checklist and skills demonstration test. --At least 1 to 2 Years experience in home care preferred.  Will consider recent CNA graduates with some experience. PHYSICAL  REQUIREMENTS.  Twenty-one years of age or older.Visual and hearing capacities functioning at a level sufficient for providing the supervisory and physical care needs of clients.Must have physical capacity to transfer clients.   *****************************************************
