Bass, Drums,Vocals. I don't need another guitarist. Anyone who can play on a pro level and doesn't sound like a beginner. Anyone with natural musical ability, ambitious, business minded. No MetalHeads. There's more interesting and less repetitive rock styles out there. No slow boring Indie/Alternative. No drunks, heavy drinkers, slackers or stoners. Preferably, be 30 or above with available time to work on launching something good. The twenty something musician crowd (regardless of their thinking they are creative geniuses) cannot play or write well and the singers are always off key. Getting people in the twenty something musician population who aren't terrible players to actually show up and get something started is another story...
