Asphalt Paving Team Members in Fredericksburg, VA We’re looking for experienced, hard working laborers and equipment operators to work full time 5 - 6 days per week. Experience is preferred but not mandatory. Work consisting of: asphalt looping and shoveling. Installing and compacting, neat clean edges, finishing asphalt seams and surfaces. Equipment Operators: Operating asphalt paving equipment, such as - 1: Driving a vibratory roller to compact gravel and asphalt. 2: Operating a skid loader with foot controls to excavate dirt, spread stone and finish grade gravel. 3: Run a leeboy paver to precisely and quickly install hot mix asphalt.
