Cicadas this year?

Hello! I'm looking for long-time Fredericksburg and/or Stafford area residents to help me determine whether Brood X cicadas are emerging this year. They will be all over Northern Virginia, but some maps show that Fredericksburg and Stafford may be spared. If you lived here in 2004, do you remember the cicadas coming out that year? I know the last cicada emergence in the area was Brood II in 2013, but I'm asking specifically about 2004 (this is the brood emerging this year) and specifically about Fredericksburg and Stafford (so, if you drove to, say, DC and you saw them farther north along the way, that wouldn't count).
