Eat, Run, Learn: A regularly-scheduled event where we celebrate running, eating (beer is a food), and learning about how our bodies work.
This is a free event, but capacity is limited due to covid restrictions. Be sure to reserve a spot by getting ticket. You should reserve a spot even if you only want to attend to eat and hear the presentation.
The Austin Duathletes will be leading the run and will have routes available onsite before the start. You have the option to run a 3- or 7-mile route.
Schedule:
8:00AM — 7-mile group run starts
8:30AM — 3-mile group run starts
9:00AM — Breakfast tacos & coffee available back at RunLab!
9:15/9:30AM(ish) — Presentation starts. Dr. Murphy Halasz, RunLab physical therapist, will talk about How to Hit the Ground Running.
