Looking for help with installing my bike wheel into disc brake

Hello, I have hard time installing my bike front wheel because there something wrong with the disc brake, the pads won’t open and seems little big can’t fit in my wheel so I don’t know what to do? Please see pics. It’s big and heavy bike I can’t bring it to bike shop either. If you can come and give me a hand I’ll pay you $20 for your time. A face mask will be provided as well.
