POOL LIFEGUARDS / MONITORS We are hiring for summer pool staff for the 2021 season!!! Pool Monitors- This is a great job for those of you who want to work close to home in a family environment. You will get to know the regulars who come to visit the pool each day all while working by the pool! They are not required to stand guard of the pool water like lifeguards however we are still responsible for keeping order inside the pool gates. You do not need to swim. Most of your job will consist of checking people into the pool, enforcing the posted pool rules, testing the pool water each hour, and keeping the site clean. Pool Monitors must be certified through the Red Cross in CPR / First Aid, a class in which we offer. FAQ’s What if I can't swim? Again, Pool Monitors do NOT need to swim and you will not be training in the water. Our main job is to keep order of the pool area, keep things organized and clean, and relay any issues to management. Lifeguards- They are required to be certified while working, we do offer review and classes by American Red Cross. Their main job is to scan and keep order of the pool, keep things organized and clean, then relay any issues to management. Have HOA communities in the Austin, Kyle, San Marcos,Buda, Leander and Surrounding Areas
