Maintenance Technician The essential functions include, but are not limited to: - Be able to perform facility maintenance tasks and document completed tasks. - Knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry and painting. - Prepping apartments and single family residences for new move ins. - Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve the problems. - Be a self-starter, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision. - Must be professional and possess customer service skills. - Ability to lift 60 lbs. - Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. - Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers. - Communicates effectively and on a regular basis with customers, maintenance supervisor and all staff members.
