SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Firefighters rescued a driver from a vehicle that was on fire Sunday morning. The driver was taken to a nearby trauma center, the San Francisco Fire Department said. Fire crews arrived at the Presidio just after 8 a.m., where they found a man unconscious inside. Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to remove him from the vehicle.
