Snowflake “freshwater” moray eel

Snowflake “freshwater” moray eel for rehoming. I bought this guy thinking he was purely freshwater due to its name.. come to find out they need brackish water.. and I have no idea how to maintain a brackish tank. I would like for this guy to go to someone with experience with eels and brackish setups. I’m only asking $30 for him to make sure he goes to somebody who will care for him. Must bring a bucket with a cover or a large fish bag to put him in when you pick up. I also have some leftover krill you can have for him as well. Doesn’t come with a tank.
