Spotted a Yellow Dog

Description

A yellow dog with a bit of white on his face, has been walking around Sharon LN and Richard RD sine March 13. He has a red color with blue rabies tag but no identification. Very friendly with people came right over to say hi but was agresive around my dog, growled and barked then walked away once I got her locked in the yard. I'm not sure if he is fixed, he has been peeing on everything. If he isn't lost, please keep him locked up, he's peed on everything in mine and my neighbors yards and upsets our dogs.
