We have several studios opening here. We have three nice big studios that are all $795 per month. These can be shared with 2 bands. We have a perfect sized unit for a drummer or a 2 person project at $325 per month! At this same building we also have a smaller sound restricted studios. One that would be perfect for a quieter type of use, like a jazz band. We are asking $350 for this studio. And small one person use studios for $225 per month! We have on site managers, bathrooms and 24 hour video surveillance. Central SF locations. There is no sleeping or living in the studios.
