You will need to be comfortable with learning new systems and providing leadership to your crew to ensure your line runs smoothly. Confidence and clear communication is a key in this particular atmosphere. You will be in constant communication with the floor Manager, crew members, and your On - Site manager to ensure that everyone is on task and needs are met. You must have a keen eye for quality and able to work in a fast paced environment.
