Ideal Concrete Coatings specializes in providing an outstanding customer experience for our unique concrete floor coating system. We install garage, basement, and concrete patio coatings that are designed to last a lifetime and installed in one day! Our product is amazing but our team is even better and we’re looking for our next teammate. Attitude is everything, we’ll provide all the training and equipment to create beautiful finished floors. We’ll certify you with our manufacturer so you can learn the proper way to install the floor. With our product we can work all year round. You’re the perfect person for the job if you are: • Detail oriented • Consistently on time and punctual to work for our 7:30 am start time • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and are physically fit to perform the job • Have a clean record and valid drivers license • Take pride in your work • You are looking for stable and long term employment • You have experience in a trade or hands on labor • Have a great attitude and work well on a team We provide a career path which includes: • a generous base plus incentive bonuses • successful completion of work on time • a track for promotion and success within the organization • consistent training and support • Certification for our unique products • Annual reviews, Periodic Raises, and Promotions • Start installing and move up within the company to managing and running your own crew, this position has no limits for the right person Work hours will vary by job but would typically be between 7:30am and 5pm.
