Sometimes, it's just time to start a new chapter and be excited for whatever comes next. Breathwork is a powerful tool to create that space. There is so much power in the breath. Let's join together to learn & practice to clear stored emotions, stagnant energy from the body and negative thoughts that no longer serve us. Releasing these blocked energies gives us greater access to mental clarity, emotional peace and physical stamina but not limited to other benefits: reduce wear and tear on vital organs reduce your breathing rate to help relax your nervous system oxygenate the body & improve blood circulation protect from harmful mental conditions such as depression & anxiety improve memory retention & concentration improve fine motor coordination & enhance respiratory functions promote weightloss and restful sleepIn this class, I will guide you through the process of building a practice that works for you that includes postures, techniques and resources for motivation and relaxation purposes ; all to assist you in breaking through unconscious or unhealthy patterns and creating space for more of what you truly want in your life. Wondering if this is really possible with breathwork? The only way is to be willing to try something new and come experience for yourself! There are yoga blankets available at the studio but you are most welcomed to bring your own blanket, mat or pillow to sit on. To take precautions during this time, face masks are required upon entry and social distance is enforced and respected to keep you safe and feeling comfortable as we practice. Space is limited and spots are designated for each participant.
