We invite you to participate in the Organizational Engagement survey, sponsored by Penn State University. The study is about important issues facing employees’ engagement in organizations today. We value your participation and as a small token of our gratitude, you will be compensated $10 for your participation in a brief 30 minute study. The study is on-line, and separated in 3 parts: 1) A short ( < 1 minute) prescreen to determine your eligibility 2) A Part 1 survey that takes about 15 minutes to complete, and pays $3. 3) A Part 2 survey sent a few weeks after you complete Part 1. The Part 2 survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, and pays $7. Upon completion of Part 2, you will have the opportunity to nominate a colleague at work to take the study. If the colleague completes his/her portion of the study, you will be entered into a raffle to earn an additional $25. Payment will be delivered electronically via an Amazon.com e-gift card, or via PayPal—whichever you prefer. To be eligible we ask that you be: 18+ years of age; currently residing in the United States (excluding US territories); and currently employed full-time (35+ hours a week) for a company/organization. You are ineligible if you are self-employed; a full-time graduate student/post-doc with no other occupation; working part-time; a part-time student (graduate or undergraduate); a homemaker with no other occupation; and/or unemployed.
