Hello! I am moving next Saturday and conveniently injured my back. I am currently mostly immobile but have a lot I need to get done. I live in a studio. Some of the tasks include:
Moving boxes
Packing boxes
Dismantling a wooden shelf and stair structure
Taking down trash
Carrying things up from my car
