Deck Cleaning and Stain/ Painting needed ASAP in North Hills.

Getting my house ready for sale in North Hills and need my two-level wood deck pressure washed and stained or painted ASAP. Lower deck measures 34x12 (408 sq ft); upper deck has a bump-out, so is slightly larger at 460 sq ft. Total deck square footage: 868 sq feet, plus railings, plus 15 steps. Also need 2-4 railing spindles screwed back on (I have the spindles). You must bring your own pressure washer and provide deck stain/ paint and all tools needed. Deck is structurally sound, but has not been stained or sealed for several years (pictures are from the last time deck was painted). Deck is also completely empty, so you will not have to move anything around. Please provide your estimate, availability, and what deck stain/ paint you would use. I will pay cash but will not reply to responses without an estimate.
