Residents in college terrace - beware of a white car with a spoiler on the back, he's using the streets as his own personal race track. If you have a problem with him, call the cops, esp if you get his license plate. He's visiting another neighborhood jerk at the south end of Sentry Lane (the guy with the limo, box truck, and trashy looking suburban). Seems to appear in the area a few times a month, usually on weekends. Most of his shit is done in the evening and after dark, but he's starting to do it between 830 and 10am as well, doing about 60 mph easily. Keep your ears and eyes open.
