Bought for my old man cat. He liked sleeping at the top perch but never used the scratching portions or other sleeping areas. Used but very good conditon. New pee'd and cleaned/vaccumed regularly. Right now it is partially taken apart for transport. Can be reassembled easily or fully taken apart if needed.
