Weekend childcare needed

Hello, I need child care for my three kids ages 9 months, 2.5 and 7 just one the weekends. Sometimes it will only be just my 2.5 and 7 year old. I work 10-12hour days on the weekends. So a little flexibility with drop off and pick up would be great. My 2.5 year old is autistic, and non verbal. He does communicate some in sign language.He will take time to adjust to a new environment. I prefer someone who has experience with special needs children. Open to discussing pay. Thanks.
