New to studio lighting or just need a refresher course? Come join us on April 18th at Cobalt Studios in SE PDX. After a successful March Workshop we are bringing it back in April!! This workshop will have an emphasis on fashion and creating natural looking light in the studio. Taught by Cobalt Studio's very own Jason Hill, this workshop will start by going over the fundamentals of lighting and studio modifiers. We will discuss soft and hard light, do various portrait and fashion lighting setups and even dabble with gels. Bring your camera and be ready to build your portfolios! 3 models, will be available. Lunch is included and a few raffle giveaways at the end! Limited availability and Covid 19 guidlines are strictly enforced. Workshop Schedule 9:00am – 9:30am Meet & Greet 9:30am – 10:00am talk about some of my approaches to lighting and process 10:00– 11:00am One Light Demonstration w/model 11:00– 12:30pm Two and Three Light Demonstration w/model 12:30 - 1:30pm Lunch (provided) 1:30pm – 3:00pm Creating natural looking light in th studio 3:00pm – 4:00pm Gels!!!
