Camp Run-A-Mutt Chula Vista is looking for hard working, motivated, reliable dog lovers to monitor an active play yard. Hours are between 6:00am-7:00pm. We have multiple shifts times throughout the day. Requirements: -Passionate about dogs and their well-being -Able to interact positively with dogs of ALL breeds and sizes -Must be willing to work in a team environment -Must be able to multi-task in a constantly varied environment -Must be able to work both weekend days and holidays -Able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs -Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time -Able to work outdoors in varying weather and temperatures throughout the year -Dog daycare experience is preferred, but not required. Animal rescue/volunteer work is a plus. -Must be 18+ years old Familiarity with dog body language and breed traits is preferred. Position will start off with 25-35 hours, depending on availability. There is opportunity to grow with the company for the right person. Possible Front Desk and Customer Service opportunities, but all employees will begin in the yard with the dogs. Working with large groups of dogs is a huge responsibility and we take it very seriously!
