Beneficial if you have it Qualification/Skills - General Carpentry - Framing - Drywall, finish work, and painting - Cabinet Installation, Doors and Windows Installation - Flooring (Tile and Hardwood) and Trim - Remodeling in general, can you swing a hammer, do you know the difference between a circular saw and a skill saw or a reciprocating saw and a sawzall. - Reliable Transportation, bonus if it is a truck. We are looking for someone with diverse skills because we are always doing different duties and most importantly being safe and creating a fun environment. Our projects tend to be longer tenure and larger, big remodels, large new homes, we don't handle too many smaller projects. Salary/Compensation As an employee, you would be expected to be paid $15 and up depending on experience per hour, motivation and dependability.
