Click here to apply: The landscape team member works closely with his immediate supervisor and other team members to carry out the day to day duties of the landscape company. It is important to have a good work ethic and attitude, be able to work well with others and be thorough in everything that you do. Essential Responsibilities Learn and completely understand the proper operation of all tools and equipment used in the day to day landscape operation. These tools include but are not limited to the following: Rakes, shovels, brooms, edgers, blowers, string trimmers, pruners, push mowers. Must be able to perform, but not limited to the following tasks: Raking, blowing, sweeping, edging, digging, mulching, weeding, pruning, mowing. Carrying out all tasks assigned to you by your supervisor in a thorough manner. Maintain a clean-safe work environment including worksite and equipment being used. Works as a team member. Work Environment Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 75 pounds. Job Site Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and or humid conditions, hot and cold temperatures, moving equipment and vehicles and pedestrians. Pay starting at $15.00 per hour and is based on experience Working Relationships The team member works closely with the supervisor and other team members to ensure that the customer receives the highest possible level of service on each property visit.
