With two recently opened locations in Massachusetts, we are looking for an experienced automotive detailer and reconditioner to join our team. We are busy! You MUST also be willing to “wear many hats”, assist in other tasks such as keeping the lot organized, facility and property looking presentable, and whatever other business-related duties that may be needed. Must be willing to submit to a background check (to include past employment and criminal history) and pre-employment drug screening. • Qualifications -Must be at least 21 or older with valid driver’s license -2-3 years of related experience (minimum) -Safely drive and operate automobiles with automatic and standard shift transmissions -Be able to correctly operate polishers / buffers on painted surfaces -Experience with spot removal on interior fabrics and upholstery -Experience in correctly applying wax and polish on painted surfaces by hand -Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job -Willing to “wear many hats”, assist in other tasks such as keeping the lot organized, facility and property looking presentable, and perform other business related duties that may be needed. • Primary Responsibilities -In depth knowledge of luxury brand detailing processes and techniques including but not limited to buffing, wet sanding, etc. -Ability to detail and recondition thoroughly and EFFICIENTLY -Mastery of all tools and equipment related to automotive detailing -Identify and reliably address interior and exterior imperfections and efficiently -Shampoo and vacuum carpets, seats and other upholstery -Wax, buff and polish vehicle exteriors -Have strong attention to detail -Clean & Detail engine compartment and underbody if applicable -Perform other lot related duties as needed
