Construction Supervisor (Tenant Fit-Ups) Full-time with benefits About JBJ Construction - We are a medium sized construction company located in Southborough, MA. We specialize in retail, commercial, tenant fit up, warehouse and residential construction. Our company consists of a team of 10 people who all play important roles in getting jobs completed from beginning to end. Current Projects - - Maynard Crossing - mixed use iste consisting of +300,000sf of retail, Market Basket, apartments, and assisted living - Shaw's Plaza - renovation of exterior of building and siste, along with multiple tenant fit ups - Marlborough Industrial - new site work of existing airport to be converted to 20 indudtrial pad sites - Single Family Houses - tear down, site work, and new construction of 1 house in Wellesley, 1 house in Hopkinton, and 4 houses in Natick - Tenant Fit Ups - 10 ongoing tenant fit ups for both retail and commercial Tenant Supervisor Responsibility - Run tenant fit ups, both retail and office, in both new and existing buildings. - Project review - Reviewing layout with subs - Attending weekly project meetings - Scheduling subcontractors - Submitting material take offs to Project Manager for orders - Ordering concrete - Overseeing work on site -Scheduling inspections with town officials - Completing daily logs - Problem solving with Project Manager - Completing punch list and closing out jobs Skills Needed - - Experience - Follow instructions - Communication - Detail oriented - Quality work - Multitask
