Laborer - Pavement Maintenance

Position Summary: The laborer works in a crew of 3 to 12 people responsible for conducting Pavement Maintenance residentially and commercially. Looking for an individual to work efficiently; while taking pride of his work completed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Use of vacuum truck, push blower and/or wire broom to clean surface prior to application of seal coat or crack fill material • Preparation of surface and Application of crack fill material utilizing a crack seal equipment. • Preparation of surface and Application of seal coat material utilizing a long-handled squeegee and/or spray wand. • Manual labor including shoveling, brooming and raking. • Occasional equipment operation. • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • Full-Time – with the availability to overtime, nights and weekends when necessary. • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments. • Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required. • Ability to work in a team setting.
