Work for THE GREEN TEAM doing various LAWN CARE TASKS. This is a demanding but rewarding job. THE PAY IS HIGHER than other jobs in this area because of our unique training program. You will be doing MOSTLY lawn mowing AND various yard clean ups -- raking, bagging yard debris, pruning, clean-up, etc. To be efficient at these tasks, precision training is required. You must be willing and able to follow precise directions. Must be willing to stay through Nov. 2020 to earn max PAY. Must be available 35+ hours per week throughout entire week from 8am to 7pm including some Saturdays. START at up to $14 per hr. depending on interview results. Once you are hired, you can earn a pay increase of $2 per hour every 6 weeks until you reach $18 per hour. Increases in PAY depend on how fast you train and how well you work. Must have your own cell phone that is functional (voice mail active) and available at all times. Must have your own dependable VEHICLE -- clean driving & and clean legal record. No use of any addictive substances with DRUG screenings done on a random basis. Must have a history of 3 years or more of being free of all addictive substances. Must be able to effectively handle this type of work. Must have finished high school (not just a GED) and have plans for more education -- college, tech, etc. -- Must have tech skills, computer skills, and business common sense.
