SUMMARY: Edge Landscaping is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team. An Account Manager is a key leadership position with our company and is expected to be a leader of high integrity and character at all times. The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of landscape maintenance contracts and improvement projects in order to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Proactively manage labor, company resources and utilize our advanced scheduling system to ensure the delivery of quality services. Set and achieve goals for revenue, profitability, and contract renewals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as primary contact for assigned accounts Responsible for quality control and customer satisfaction Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure a trusted, open-line of communication Conduct site inspections to evaluate services performed and communicate actions to be taken to operations manager and Crew Leaders Provide estimates for enhancements project to improve the quality of our customer’s landscapes Responsible for monitoring operation expenses versus established budgets by customer Develop and coordinate plans for the efficient use of personnel and resources Promote high standards for customer service, further our safety culture, and create a positive team environment Assist in day to day shop operations Help the management team deliver to our landscape crews, the best and most rewarding landscaping jobs in our service area JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Landscape/Horticulture or a business degree is preferred At least 1 year experience in managing a landscape division and or maintenance service contracts Direct management of multiple landscape maintenance crews Understanding of budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting Proven career of business and management success Stable and continuous work history This position requires excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills A desire to continue management and leadership education Valid state driver's license and good driving record Experience in recommending, pricing, and selling enhancements to improve the quality of the landscape COMPENSATION and BENEFITS: Competitive Salary Company truck/phone and computer Full Health Insurance program with Dental/Vision benefits 401K Paid Holidays and Vacation Continuing Education and Career Development Opportunities Please email resume…...
