Sunset Properties is a vacation rental company on the islands of Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach, has several open positions for seasonal part-time help to (1) assemble linen packages for rental homes, and (2) cleaning inspectors to go behind housekeepers to make sure home is ready for guest arrivals. Cleaning Inspectors are needed to inspect cleaned beach homes to make sure home meets our required standards for guest arrivals. Work day is 10am-5pm on Saturdays. Pay is $12.50/hour Linen Packers are needed to sort and pack bags clean linens based on individual home requirements. Additional duties will also include: Loading packed bags of clean linens into cars, as well as unload bags of used linens from cars Packing check-in starter bags of toilet paper, trash bags, linen and laundry detergents, etc Collecting and filing housekeeper paperwork. Weekly work schedule of about 30 hours will be: Tue 9am-5pm Wed 9am-5pm Fri 1:30pm-5pm Sat 7:30am - 5:30pm Applicants must be physically able to lift and transport heavy linen bags of about 40 pounds.
