We are looking for a hard-working individual to join our team! If you are a self-starter this position is for you. Facilities Maintenance will perform custodial duties to maintain appearance and cleanliness. You will perform these responsibilities in a satisfactory manner that is within the required time frames. We offer full benefits and competitive wages. Monday-Friday 7AM start time, 3:30PM end time - Daily walkthrough of facilities identifying security, maintenance, and cleaning issues - Address any issues found in walkthrough - Maintain stock of all needed supplies for all break areas and restrooms including bar area snacks and drinks. - Distribute fruit to designated areas - Purchase fruit and needed supplies from Sam’s Club on a weekly basis - Responsible for setup and cleanup of events requiring furniture to be moved or arranged - Purchase and deliver supplies for tekMountain as needed - Assist in all scheduled building repairs or maintenance scheduled by Property Management. Examples: quarterly hvac filter changes, hvac repairs, elevator repairs and inspections, ect. - Maintain like new condition of walls, ceilings and floors throughout facility. This includes, but is not limited to: painting, dry wall repair, dusting high areas, general cleaning, vacuuming, spot cleaning carpet - Weekly cleanout of breakroom refrigerators - Assembly and moving of furniture - Maintaining dumpster enclosure and smokers gazebo. This includes regular dumping of cigarette disposal cans - Project work. This includes, but is not limited to: mounting whiteboards, mounting monitors on walls, hanging pictures - Light plumbing. This includes, but is not limited to: clearing clogged drains and toilets, repairing toilet flushing mechanisms, troubleshooting leaks - Maintain cleanliness and working order of all chairs and tables in common areas. This includes all conference rooms. - Replace light bulbs throughout the facility.
